Tell us a little about your job at RVC.

I teach all the geeky tech courses.


What inspires you?

The laughter of my children and grandchildren.


What do you like to do for fun?

Play guitar and tinker with RC race cars and drones.


What was your very first job?

Head cook and burger flipper at Bill’s Drive Inn in Webb City, Missouri.


Who are your role models?

My grandfather and first pastor.

Love people and have alligator skin.

Where do you like to go or what do you like to do when you have a long weekend?

Take long drives on back roads and find random places and events.


What might surprise people to learn about you?

I was a pastor, chef and played guitar and was lead singer in a country band.

What has been your biggest personal challenge?

Staying relevant and up to date in the ever-changing technological landscape.


What’s the next big thing coming up in your life that you are looking forward to?

Turning 50 this year!
