Tell us a little about your job at RVC.

I am here to work with the HR team in giving guidance, ensure HR is fully utilized and an asset to the College and the Employees.


What motivates or inspires you?

People are what motivate and inspire me. Working with people and helping them realize their own potential. That moment when someone comes into the office with a problem that feels endless to them, and while they are talking they realize they had the answer inside them the entire time, that is why I am in Human Resources.


What scares you?

What scares me is when I see people giving up. There is nothing more scary…except for spiders…I do not handle spiders well.


What do you like to do for fun?

I paint pictures, write and watch ridiculous reality television. I also spend all my extra time with my family.


What was your very first job?

My first job was at 8 years old working every summer with my uncle’s lawn care business for $250 a week!

Ruth Bader Ginsburg – A true pioneer for gender equality.
